mithilafoods.com ("the Site") is operated under the brand Mithila Foods by F2D TECH PVT LTD, Dumka, Jharkhand, India ("we", "us"). By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under supervision of a parent/guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information when ordering or creating an account, and to keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

• We sell packaged food products (sattu, pickles, snacks, spices, and similar items). Being natural/handmade foods, minor variations in colour, texture, and appearance from photos are normal and not defects.
• Check the ingredient list before ordering if you have food allergies. Contact us with any questions before purchase.
• Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary.
• All products are intended for personal consumption, not resale.

• Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we confirm and ship it.
• We may refuse or cancel any order — for example due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, serviceability limits, or suspected fraud. If payment was taken, you receive a full refund.
• We may limit quantities per customer or per order.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Prices and offers may change at any time without notice; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Delivery timelines, charges, and serviceable areas are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; we are not liable for courier delays beyond our control, though we will always help you track and chase a delayed parcel.

All content on the Site — the Mithila Foods name, logo, product photos, text, artwork, and design — is owned by or licensed to F2D TECH PVT LTD and protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially use any content without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000;
• Attempt to hack, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Site or its security;
• Transmit viruses or malicious code;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Place fraudulent orders or abuse offers/coupons.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

If you submit reviews, photos, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, edit, and publish them in connection with our business. You confirm your submissions are your own, accurate, and not offensive or unlawful. We may remove content at our discretion.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (couriers, social media, payment gateways) and use third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Use them at your own discretion and review their terms.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. Nothing in this section limits warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable Indian law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, F2D TECH PVT LTD's total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for food-safety violations or fraud.

You agree to indemnify F2D TECH PVT LTD (brand: Mithila Foods), its owners, and staff against claims and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (including e-commerce consumer forums), courts at Dumka, Jharkhand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
