Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here's what you need to know about cancelling your order:

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are marked as "Shipped." Simply contact our support team with your order number.
  • After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may be eligible for a refund under our Return & Refund Policy if the product meets the criteria below.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (packaged food items), we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged or broken.
  • Expired Product: If the product received is past its expiration date.
  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an incorrect product that does not match your order.

Important: Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened or consumed, unless they fall under the above categories.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Food products that have been opened or partially consumed
  • Products delivered in good condition without damage or defects
  • Items not covered under our refund eligibility criteria

How to Initiate a Refund Request

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide Proof: Share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damaged, expired, or incorrect product. This helps us process your claim quickly and accurately.
  • Include Order Details: Mention your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

Please Note: To ensure a smooth refund process, we require unboxing videos or photos as proof. This protects both you and us from fraudulent claims and helps us maintain the quality of our service.

Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
